Yoga Day Retreat

Thanks to DCO funding we are excited to provide our Marilla Members a safe place to Relax Restore, move, stretch, meditate, breathe, heal and be creative, including healthy fresh vegetarian yogic Afternoon Tea and refreshments locally made. ( newbies and yoga regulars are welcome)

This day retreat includes 2-hour yoga and guided meditation in the morning/afternoon and a 1.5- 2-hour session in the afternoon of fun relaxing self care activities to nurture the soul and body. 

This day retreat is FREE to our members. We are asking for a $20 refundable deposit to secure you place and with limited spaces available make sure you book your ticket today at marillacommunitycentre.com you must be a Marilla Member to attend so if you would like to bring a friend or family member they must become a member.
