Thanks to DCO funding we are excited to provide our Members and Defence partners a safe place to Relax Restore, move stretch meditate, breathe, heal and be creative, including healthy fresh vegetarian yogic Afternoon Tea and refreshments locally made. ( newbies and yoga regulars are welcome)
This day retreat includes 2-hour yoga and guided meditation in the morning/afternoon and about 1.5- 2-hour session in the afternoon of fun relaxing creative activities to nurture the soul and mind.
