Join us for an informative, friendly and relaxed look at mental health and wellness ideas during this bazaar time.  Bring a coffee along to the meeting, a yummy snack, some concerns, some questions and a sense of humour.  How are we going to survive this with little people out home and big people away?

Deb has actually lived through this situation before as she was house bound with agoraphobia for two full years when she was 32.  As a person who has recovered from mental illness, has thrived and still has a sense of humour, she will be able to share some good news tips on some simple strategies.
