My Time' at Marilla

MyTime groups provide support for mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition.

• It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences.
• It’s a world away from appointments and therapy.
• It’s support for you.

Because you're worth it!

My Time are looking for new members, it is a FREE session to attend, just turn up on the day and Claire will be there to help you. 

 Please share this information with anyone you believe will benefit from these sessions. 

There is a children's play coordinator on site to help with your children while you relax and connect with people who understand. 

Younger siblings welcome

It is not essential that children attend, the sessions are for you to relax and unwind

You do not have to be a Marilla member to attend these sessions. 

Every Thursday 9:30am -11:30am (Term time only)

Based in the Rockingham Navy Club.
